The approval process can take as little as two weeks to complete and may involve a Centre visit [in person/virtual]. It has simple 4 steps as below:

• Step-1: Application phase
• Step-2: Payment of fees
• Step-3: Review & Verification
• Step-4: Recognition of approved centre

 

 

 

• Step-1: Application phase: Apply through the online form. Once you submit application, you will receive an email from ProfQual
• Step-2: Payment of fees: An invoice for accreditation fee will be submitted to you. Once complete the payment you will receive a receipt of payment and will be notified for the next step Review & Verify
• Step-3: Review & Verification: Review & Verification will be carried out by one of the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) member of ProfQual team to guarantee that the center is able to deliver, analyze and ensure quality ProfQual credentials to the appropriate level. The Review & Verification is normally scheduled within 3 days and completed within 10 days (the review & verification will usually be performed remotely for foreign centers). A report on the results of the review & verification will be generated at the end of this process. They help the center make sure everything is ready to qualify.
• Step-4: Recognition of approved centre: The centre approval process will be completed after the successful completion of the previous phase. Your center will receive an ProfQual Acknowledgment and Welcome Pack including Approved Centre Certificate, interactive marketing materials and access to a wide variety of services from ProfQual. Institute will be able to take advantage of educational activities that are suitable for your needs.

 

 

 

Once approved the ProfQual Centre is are expected to provide rules, protocols, and some documentation, in order to conform with the provisions of the ProfQual Review & Verification and to provide instructions for the employees and learners, so that they understand what is required of them and how you have qualifications and services. They help the center get ready to start everything.
